About US

Your property deserves more than management — it deserves attention. Split Willow delivers premium care powered by technology that keeps your home performing at its best.

A Business Built on Family, Service, and Smart Systems

Split Willow didn’t start as a big business idea — it started at home. Growing up, my parents were often away on business or traveling, and it was up to us kids to take care of the house and the properties they owned. We were the “cheap labor,” the ones mowing lawns, fixing things, and keeping everything running.

Somewhere between those early chores and studying business in college, I realized something important:

real estate has endless moving parts, and if you can streamline them, there’s real opportunity.

That realization became the seed of what would eventually become Split Willow — named after a weeping willow tree on our family farm in Parma, Idaho, split in half by lightning but still standing tall. That tree felt symbolic:

strong, rooted, and resilient — even after being struck.

From Military Service to Property Management

After returning home from a deployment in Qatar, I bought my first house. For four years, I lived rent-free with roommates while building equity — a small choice that completely reshaped my life. When the market shifted, I leveraged that equity into a second property and began managing rural rentals, eventually expanding into city markets.

But I quickly learned a reality many investors face:

owning doors isn’t enough — not without systems, cash flow, and scalability.

That’s when AI entered the picture. With mentors supporting me and a background in systems design (supply chain management), I saw the opportunity to help not just myself, but the people who make the real estate world move:

property owners, real estate agents, and home service professionals.

Later, when I was offered the opportunity to join the 131st Pararescue Squadron in California, everything shifted again. Balancing a high-stakes job in combat search and rescue while managing properties from afar forced me to rebuild my business to be lean, automated, and efficient.

If I didn’t create systems, nothing would survive.

Those systems became the backbone of Split Willow.

Who We Serve Today

Split Willow exists for three kinds of people:

Property Owners

We protect your investment and care for your home while you’re away — with the same attention I gave my parents’ house growing up.

 Real Estate Agents

We help you get your listings in tip-top shape so you can sell for top dollar, and we use AI-powered marketing to attract quality buyers, reduce fallthrough, and streamline closings.

Home Service Professionals

We help you scale your business, keep your calendar full, and build systems that operate even when you’re not working — so you can finally grow without burning out.

What I’m Most Proud Of

One of my proudest moments was helping a client turn an empty lot into a fully functioning, cash-flowing investment. Watching something that was once “nothing” turn into steady monthly income is exactly why I love this industry.

What I Want People to Feel

When you work with Split Willow, I want you to feel like you have a big brother in your corner — someone who takes off his jacket and hands it to you when times get cold.

Someone who looks out for you.

Someone who helps you grow.

Who I Am as a Business Owner

People describe me as innovative and resourceful — the kind of person who refuses to work harder than necessary, but will always make sure the job gets done. My goal is to find solutions that bring value to everyone involved.

Where Split Willow Is Going

Over the next 5–10 years, my vision is to reach 300 homes under management and build a true one-stop shop — where clients can handle financing, real estate, property care, and home repair projects all under one roof.

A place where systems support growth.

Where people feel taken care of.

And where real estate becomes simpler for everyone.
